What credentials do I need to work with Monument?
You must be a licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent in your state).
How does payment work?
Therapists are paid weekly via direct deposit. Our rates are top-of-market, and you’ll receive clear documentation of your sessions and earnings.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Monument partners with major commercial and Medicare insurance plans to increase patient access. We handle all credentialing and billing, so there’s no paperwork required on your end.
What is the onboarding process like?
Monument provides white-glove onboarding for therapists, which is completed within 1-2 weeks. Once accepted, we’ll schedule an onboarding call to walk you through our platform, systems, and expectations.
How soon can I start seeing patients?
You can begin as soon as you complete onboarding and your schedule is set. Most providers start seeing patients within 7–10 days.
What support does Monument provide?
