What credentials do I need to work with Monument?
You must be a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician (MD or DO), licensed in one of our operating states.
How does payment work?
Physicians are paid weekly via direct deposit. Our rates are top-of-market, and we provide transparent documentation of all sessions and earnings.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Monument partners with major commercial and Medicare insurance plans to increase patient access. We handle all credentialing and billing, so there’s no paperwork required on your end.
What is the onboarding process like?
Monument provides white-glove onboarding for doctors, which is completed within 1-2 weeks. . Once accepted, we’ll schedule an onboarding call to walk you through our platform, systems, documentation standards, and clinical workflows.
How soon can I start seeing patients?
Most physicians begin seeing patients within 7–10 days after onboarding is complete and your schedule is live.
