Online treatment to change your drinking

Life shouldn’t have to stop while you make progress. That’s why we created Monument — to connect you with affordable medical treatment and peer support customized to your goals and lifestyle. Entirely online.

Our approach

Group support and personalized care on your own terms

Monument connects you to an anonymous community forum, virtual support groups, and options for video therapy and medication to get you from where you are to wherever you want to be. Monument works alongside your life, and is available online whenever you need it.

Build a treatment plan with your Care Team

We match you with a dedicated Care Team including a physician and therapist to create a treatment plan that’s tailored to your goals for moderation or sobriety. Your plan will include the combination of video therapy and medication that’s right for you. Medication is always optional.

Manage your plan and track your progress

We act as your homebase for treatment. Track your progress, manage your appointments and medication, and share milestones (if you want to!) all in one place.

Holistic care that's more affordable than many therapy options

“I tried a few treatment options and found that a combination of therapy and medication was what worked for me. And after doing a lot of research, I found this method worked for a lot of other people, too.”

- Mike Russell, CEO
